Amor has a very special story. His mother Šilja has spent her life on the street, spending most of her time at the entrance of an apartment building next to a café. Our co-worker lives in this building and knows the mother. Several attempts to capture her for sterilization failed. We finally succeeded one day in September 2020, but she ran away from us and found her way back to her familiar surroundings. Then, in mid-November, we received a call from the café owner, who excitedly told us that Šilja was having her puppies. We immediately went there and saw that she had had two of her puppies in the middle of the street. We took Šilja and her two puppies from the street. The third puppy came in the car and the remaining 5 puppies were born in our practice. We are glad that we managed to save the family. Amor’s 7 siblings have been adopted in the meantime and will travel to Germany on 04/30/2021 and may move into their new home. It would be nice if Amor could also get a new family where he gets lots of love. Amor is quiet, reserved and shy.
