About Corni
Corni and his siblings came to us in June 2023. Their mother is a street dog. We saw her near a local café and it looked like she was living there. One day she had puppies under the stairs of an administration building. We looked after them for a few weeks and took care of her and her puppies. We brought them food and water and made sure everything was okay. When the puppies started to become more active, we took them to our shelter to give them a safe place. After the mother was sterilised, we decided to take her back to her home and familiar surroundings. She was very sad to be kept locked up with us in the shelter. We spoke to the owner of the cafe and got his promise that he will take care of her. We check in every now and then to see if she is doing well. Corni and his 5 siblings have stayed with us. They are all very funny, playful and very well socialised with other dogs.
