About Zampa
Zampa is coming from a local shelter where she had very bad conditions. She was living there with 130 other dogs of different breeds, ages, and sizes. We decided to close this shelter and to give them needed care, medical treatment, and a lot of love (see „News“). When we finally did it all of them were in a safe and nice place in our shelter. After medical treatment, sterilisation and socializing some of them are ready to travel and we are hoping that we will find good owners for all of them because they all deserve to have a better life after so many years of suffering. Zampa is missing her back left paw. She spend years in a local shelter so we don’t know how it actualy happened. Despite her deformity she is cheerful and playful big girl.
P.S. In the meantime, we have attached an orthosis (this is a curved sole plate that is attached to the leg) to Zampa’s back leg so that she can walk better. She is getting used to it at the moment. We are trying step by step every day and hope that walking will soon be easier.
